Course Development

Following the completion of the design phase, the development of training materials begins in earnest. In addition to the Course Design team, Pilotwise will now bring in further specialists where required. Typically, these might be:

• Human Factors specialists
• Air Safety specialists
• e-Learning programmers
• desktop publishers
• technical editors
• voice-over actors

To ensure the success of our flight training systems and other projects considered to be high performance, mental capacity-dependent tasks, Pilotwise embeds the use of modern instructional psychology in its products. Our SMEs have been trained in the use of neuro-linguistic programming, coaching and mentoring.

Having reached the end of the design and development phases, we will present final draft versions of the instructional materials, otherwise known as Courseware, to the customer for approval.
