Air Safety & Regulation
At Pilotwise, our Directors and consultants have over 35,000 flying hours in military types ranging from single seat fast jets through helicopters and multi-engine aircraft to numerous marks and types of training aircraft.
They have seen and experienced the full range of operating practices, both safe and unsafe and, between them, they are graduates of all UK MOD Flight Safety and Flying Supervisory courses, and a few more besides.
One of our Directors was deeply engaged in the formation of the UK Military Aviation Authority at the strategic level and the implementation of the Charles Haddon-Cave QC Nimrod Review recommendations.
He was also the lead UK Royal Air Force aircraft accident investigator for a number of years and holds the relevant qualifications from both universities accepted as offering world-class investigation training - Cranfield University and the University of Southern California.
So, what could we do for you? Whether you require:
- a safety audit from a skilled, independent and impartial organisation
- the design of a complete Air Safety operating concept
- assistance with the investigation of an accident
- the creation of an organic accident investigation capability
- a review and/or re-write of your regulatory document set to meet modern requirements
Pilotwise has the capability to meet your needs.
