Pilotwise holds within its staff, Masters level strategic management and leadership qualifications in addition to PRINCE2(2009) and APMP project management qualifications. However, it is the significant experience that lies behind these qualifications that truly grants us the capability we possess.
As a broad-based aviation consultancy, we are able to offer a variety of management services to organisations requiring assistance in the management and delivery of challenging or complex programmes, and sophisticated stand alone projects. This could be in the form of a complete project team, the embedding of one specialist within your project team or simple advice and support from our specialists to your own organic team.
In the past we have provided direct assistance to
- BAE Systems with the management of the design and supply of a Computer Aided Learning System for the ground based training component of the India Hawk programme
- SAAB, liaising and assisting with their sale of the Gripen aircraft to South Africa
- the Bahrain Defence Force, conducting a flight trial to determine the feasibility of 'downloading' Tactical Formation flying to the T67 Firefly syllabus
