Alex previously worked for BAE Systems for 13 years.
Her experience of the aircraft industry, together with an in-depth knowledge of the psychology of instruction has enabled her to perform pedagogical evaluation of Computer Based Training and evaluation of aircraft simulation for their customers.
She is experienced in carrying out training needs analyses and evaluating aircraft risks in terms of applicable training mitigation.
Alex was responsible to the Military Airworthiness Board for implementation of all aircraft safety related training for 3 overseas air forces.
